Coaches & coaching organizations
Executive, ADHD, health, parent, family, and other coaches who connect with professionals and clients seeking a neuro-informed lens.
You know professionals who want to know us. They want practical training for the way people’s brains actually work because they want to make a difference.
Introduce your colleagues -- coaches, therapists, educators, healthcare providers, and workplace leaders -- to The Neuro-Informed Institute. As an affiliated partner, receive referral commissions (or build the scholarship fund) when your colleagues enroll in NII programming (phases 1 & 2).

Many professionals want to support neurodivergent people more effectively. Yet their training has not yet given them a practical framework for understanding and recognizing how differences in processing and regulation impact motivation and establishing systems for the people they serve.
NII partners help bridge that gap. By sharing state-of-the-art training and educational resources, you can help colleagues enhance the tools they bring to their work with clients, students, patients, employees, families, and teams.
NII training programs draw on the Impact Model, the 5 Challenges of Neurodivergence, and more than 15 years of field-tested methodology. Elaine Taylor-Klaus is NII’s founder; Elaine, Diane Dempster, and David Taylor-Klaus serve as faculty.

Your audience’s trust matters. So does an accurate understanding of what NII does—and does not—offer.
If your profession or employer restricts referral compensation, check those obligations before participating and discuss an appropriate arrangement with NII. Partner approval does not authorize you to speak on NII’s behalf beyond your approved role.
NII is committed to expanding access to professional training. A scholarship or financial-assistance fund is available to help qualified applicants who may not otherwise be able to afford NII training.
Ask our team about current availability, eligibility, and how to request assistance. Assistance is not guaranteed, and an inquiry is not an award or enrollment confirmation.
Interested in supporting access through your partnership? Contact NII to discuss whether a contribution arrangement is available. Any arrangement is confirmed separately from referral commissions.
