The Neuro-Informed Institute curriculum, based on 15+ years of practice, is aligned with ICF Core Coaching Competencies and led by Master and Professional Certified Coaches.
Phase 1: Foundations
Neuro-informed fundamentals. Standalone 14-hour course includes the 5 Challenges of Neurodivergence in detail and coaching tools for communication. Required for phases 2 & 3.
Phase 2: Coaching Skills
The coaching toolbox for professional use built on the 5 Challenges of Neurodivergence. No previous coach training required. Choose either the Family-Facing (hybrid) or Adult-Facing (live) track.
Phase 3: Certification
Become proficient as a neuro-informed coaching provider, guided by observed coaching, small-group & private mentoring, practice and feedback with ICF-credentialed faculty.
