Elaine Taylor-Klaus, MCC
Founder, Neuro-Informed Institute • Master Certified Coach (ICF MCC, CPCC)
An internationally recognized thought leader at the intersection of neurodiversity, coaching, and family systems, Elaine is the Founder of the Neuro-Informed Institute. A Master Certified Coach and Co-Founder of ImpactADHD®, she is the author of The Essential Guide to Raising Complex Kids with ADHD, Anxiety, and More and co-creator of the Impact Model, the field-tested coach-approach methodology at the heart of the Institute’s curriculum.
A member of the ICF’s DEIB Committee and a 2025 CHADD Hall of Fame honoree, Elaine has been writing and speaking internationally about neurodiversity inclusion since the publication of her influential Choice Magazine article “A Brave New World: Neurodiversity-inclusion in coach training.” She brings rigorous professional expertise—and extensive lived experience—to every element of the Institute.
Diane Dempster, PCC
Faculty • Professional Certified Coach (IPEC, ICF PCC) • MHSA
A Professional Certified Coach with a Master’s in Health Services Administration and two decades of senior leadership experience in corporate healthcare, Diane is a Co-Founder of ImpactADHD®. She has co-created the Impact Model and Sanity School® (for Parents, Teachers, and Certification Program), blending behavior management with change management to power lasting, inside-out transformation.
A 2025 CHADD Hall of Fame honoree and co-host of the Parenting with Impact podcast, Diane is an experienced leader, educator, and change agent dedicated to equipping professionals with tools that work for clients and teams in the real world.
David Taylor-Klaus, MCC

A Master Certified Coach, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and founder of DTK Coaching, David brings three decades of experience as a successful serial entrepreneur, specializing in executive, entrepreneur, and team coaching—reintroducing senior leaders to their families and to lives outside the office.
A member of the ICF’s AI Advisory Council, David is a founding member of the Forbes Coaches Council, a 2025 Top Coaches in America honoree, and best-selling author of Mindset Mondays with DTK. David brings fierce candor, genuine compassion, and deep coaching expertise to the Institute faculty.
